End of the season

With the warmer temperatures brings to a close, another season of iceovals in the upper US .Quite an eventful season it was here in the midwest.Some first time winners ,some new faces, alot of young drivers taking the next step up in the ranks, too many injuries, and plenty to learn from.Unfortunately for me , i did not race a single race this year.Taking care of my 14 month old has limited my time to do it.So i get to come on here and talk about it ! At least i have that .
It was good to see all the sanctioning bodies work together to create a season that had every weekend with a race going on somewhere.And mother nature helped out with the snow and cold weather .It was a good season!
I guess its time to put away the Sleds,Helmet,suit and carbide grinder, until next season. Or if your like most racers i know.You just switch to another form of racing for summer !
